1. When there's two weeks left, we'll e-mail you a free shipping label. All you need to do is print it off and attach it to your packaged books.

 2. Ring our delivery partner and arrange when you need the book collecting. To avoid any fines, make sure you are home when you have specified.

 3. We will inspect the books to make sure you haven't damaged them. We will check for tears, missing pages, water stains, excessive highlighting and other damages.
